Refund policy
We, as Alpha Putts, set ourselves the highest standards regarding the quality of our products and customer service. Should you not be satisfied with an item and are looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help!
RETURNS
You as a consumer have 14 days to declare your withdrawal and a further 14 days (i.e. 28 days in total) to return the goods. We bear the costs for the return. In this case, please use the return slip enclosed with the shipment and the return sticker. You can return your product for a different product or get a refund to the original payment method.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Purchased objects with obvious signs of negligent use
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REPLACEMENTS

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please contact us at info@alphaputts.com and we will gladly help you finding and fixing the issue.
In the meantime, you can
check your bank account again
contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted)
contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
SALE ITEMS
Sale items will only be refunded the price initially paid for the product by the customer
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Alpha Putts, Vinnenweg 3, 28355 Bremen, Germany.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
